Can’t you see
She is wrenching
The gooey liquid she is emitting

Is unknown by now,  to her
Not her blood
Not her guts
It’s her ashes
Mixed with the smoke
That clouds her mind
It has spikes floating in it
Like pearls decorating a masterpiece

You go and try to sooth her
Medicate her
She blanches
The pill of her life was giving her the pill for her demise
She wanted to refuse
She did
But you didn’t agree
She didn’t give you a reason for it

Taking it she closed her eyes
And wretched everything
In her that was left
The green in her
Now on the floor had turned
Brown, the murky kind
Dead insects lieng around

Eyes before rolling back
Looked at you with love
One last time
Showing you it was not
Your fault; but her decision
You were important
But not that much…
